What a great film by such a young, talented man, Yony Leyser. With remarkable editing, years (literally) of footage and research got packed into a polished, concise, quick-moving end product. No matter how much one has read about Burroughs, there are new facts and insights into "the man within" to be gained from this all-engaging film.
NOTE: catch it within the next few days at the Music Box Theater in Chicago, before it hits the film festivals all over the world again -- or see it in your town when it's there.
