The Rats of NIMHs ghetto cousins meet a man at breaking point...there's one scary mother, a few pretty brutal deaths and some very, very fine acting from Ben...Brando, but in rat form. And Laura Harring by the way.
..Vampaliscious! strange yet very watchable...have a cushion nearby if your no a rat fan.
