Review of Willard (2003) by Matthew S — 21 Feb 2010
All I knew about this going into it was that it had something to do with a guy who could control rats. It turned out to be more than just that though, which made it much more interesting and creepy. Glover's performance made the film, which was good since essentially all the other characters were of very little importance or substance.
There were several pretty cool uses of overhead shots. I don't have a lot of nitpicking to do; there just seemed to be overall lack to depth in the film. I have seen very few horror films, though, so I'm not really sure what makes one good or bad.
