It had its moments, but for the most part it was him just repeating the stuff that Bush has done that has already made us laugh on higher levels. I guess it's funny if you've lived under a rock the last few years, but otherwise it's just recycled comedy.
The best parts were when he went way off character and exaggerated situations.
