Will Ferrell really did his homework writing this, and it shows. With a cast of only 5 people (including himself) Will jumps head first into everything that is dubya. But he doesn't skimp out on the funny either.
He brings it the whole time, keeping you interested in the most uninteresting President of all time for every minute of this nearly two hour feature. And his brother can really cut a rug!
