Review of Wilde (1997) by Shawn M — 04 Aug 2008
Sigh. It just seemed as though it was made with the intention to shock - some might argue that a lot of Wilde's "outrageous" works had that same effect - but in the process they sacrificed character development.
The dialogue, however, was lively, with Wilde's own words sewn cleverly in, and everytime I heard a familiar quote I'd be filled with a jolt of delight.
