Review of Wild Wild West (1999) by Tori C — 31 Jan 2009
Eh...it was okay. I laughed. I thought it was more than a little ridiculous, but I laughed. I enjoyed the Steampunk theme throughout the film, and I always love Will Smith, but this one wasn't up to his usual standards.
If that review farther down is true, and Smith turned down Neo to play this...bad move, man! On the other hand, Smith had only done action-comedy to this point, so I'm not sure how well he would have done in the Matrix.
