Review of Wild Wild West (1999) by Daniel P — 21 Aug 2015
Hey, I don't care what the serious critiques think of this movie, its one of my favorites and I laughed and loved it. Everyone compares it so the TV show of the same name, and I'm always like "there was a TV show like this?" well apparently there was, back in the fifties or so, and I wasn't even born that century, so I have no clue about the TV show but taking the movie from its own stand alone thing, I love it, I love just about everything about it, besides the fact its steampunk which is something I loved over a decade before people even knew what the name of it was, but seriously they attack everything, especially the script, I loved the script, great plot, great twists, great action to supplement the unique characters, their plights and the eventual outcome of the movie, why the hell do they attack it so much? perhaps they'd rate the "Twilight" series higher than this, so it just goes to show you that they go with whats popular, not whats good.
So this movie will stay a favorite.
