It is more a remake than a sequel but it lacks the good cast of the original. Isaiah Washington is the closest thing to a good peroformance we get in this one though Susan Ward is attractive.Not to mention the plot twists that go above and beyond stupid.
Just a general waste of film. Not as bad as it could have been but not really good eighter.
