Review of Wild Target (2010) by Valerie P — 30 Jun 2011
Oh, come now critics, it wasn't so bad. I found it amusing. An assassin love story (somewhat in the vein of Grosse Pointe Blank but nowhere near that good) sports Bill Nighy with a dodgy mustache and a lovely, but dim, Rupert Grint.
Emily Blunt winds up craving some geriatric romance, and Grint becomes a killing machine. The very idea of such satire makes it all worthwhile.
