Review of Wild Target (2010) by Jared C — 30 Jun 2012
There are very few UK films that get me laughing nowadays. Wild Target is definitely different, I love it. Emily Blunt, Bill Nighy, Rupert Grint and Rupert Everett are really enjoyable to watch. Every moment in the film is comically delivered well.
Grint surprises me a bit with his role, there is a hint of Ron in his performance but not too much. Nighy is brilliant as Maynard the assassin without a joyful and colorful life. Blunt is sensuous and unstoppable as Rose the target.
With silly car chases, guns going off and a crazy senile mother in a wheelchair this is bound to make you laugh completely :).
