Review of Wild Target (1993) by Matthew L — 03 Nov 2010
I very enjoyable film that wasn't quite as good as it should have been but also not the complete disaster that its cast prevent it from being. Nighy gives his usual dependable performance and Grint is showing that he may have legs once Potter comes to an end.
Blunt is okay but also very annoying, though that is the character not her. Solid support is supplied by Everett and Fisher with an interesting turn from Freeman as a rival hit-man. Though we'll ignore the huge gapping plot hole at the end of the film.
Comment if you guess what it is.
