Review of Wild Target (1993) by Muntasim T — 08 Dec 2010
A witty black comedy starring the cream of the British Thespians, both eterans like Bill Nighy and Rupert Everett, supported ably by the new generation stars like Rupert Grint. Fast paced plot full of killer one liners, intespersed with surprisingly intense violent outbursts, it would appeal to noir fans who like it with a healthy dose of gallows humor.
Bill Nighy delivers a sterling performance, followed closely by Blunt's unscrupulous turn as a damsel who brings on distress to herself.
