Review of Wild Target (1993) by Brad G — 08 Mar 2011
Wild Target is the kind of film that has class in it's comedy. It never relies on crude, slapstick or what I'd like to call "The Kevin Smith Method" of saying curse words to distract the audience from lack of plot or character. Wild Target is that has enough faith in itself to never cop out and not take the easy road which it had the chance to do multiple times.
This has sone pretty black humor in it but never turns into a black comedy because of the fun you have with the 3 main characters played by Bill Nighy, the enormously talented and beautiful Emily Blunt and Rupert Grint.
