Review of Wild Strawberries (2012) by Zachary S — 13 Nov 2008
This film is the second Ingmar Bergman film that I've seen. And it was pretty good.
The story is a simple, sentimental one about a man's growth from irritable old man to a loving, caring old man that has a new outlook on life.
The flashback and dream and fantasy sequences are clearly distinguishable and are wonderfully done.
All in all this film is a wonderful addition to any film collection and a must-have for an Ingmar Bergman fan. Good film.
