Review of Wild Hogs (2007) by Geoff C — 23 Nov 2012
Despite the bitter gall of Martin Laurence, this film is pretty enjoyable. There is a stead barrage of lame jokes thrown at the viewer, and lots of moments worth of groans, but somehow, like a good salesman, (except you dad, if you ever have occasion to read this) you can see through the slime to the great deal beneath.
William H. Macy steals the show, but all of them (except for the abominable Martin Lawrence) provide a good performance. (Except the dinner table scene with Tim Allen,( but I can see past that. He was good.
I still have hope for the man.) Over all I really enjoyed this film. It might not be a good film, but I loved it anyway.
