Wild Card is stupendously predictable, violent and trashy entertainment. But all that wouldn't matter if it didnt work as a cheesy action flick. Sadly, Wild Card is too much cheese to work well. Jason Statham's perfromance is the typical fare, the action scenes are awesome, though.
Wild Card doesn't add anything new to action genre, it really is another action movie, big whoop.
