Dissapointing, boring, unpleasant and luckily bettered by other Lynch films. Just about worth it for the later parts, especially the delicious bank robbery. Dafoe is pretty good. But overall this seems to me like a really badly made and immature piece of film-making where he didn't *quite* know what to do or how to do it.
Yuk.
