Whether on not you enjoy "Weiner-dog" comes down to whether or not you enjoy Solondz's humor, which entails a long diarrhea joke, a spunky and random intermission, and a pitch black humor ending.

I for one was not a fan and found little to like. None of the segments stand out to me, the characters were all sloppily developed, and the dog itself ends up less important as the movie goes on.
