Review of Wiener-Dog (2016) by Robert R — 06 Jul 2016
A black comedy with ellen Burstyn emulating the mix perfectly. The film follows a wiener dog navigating through the lives she has with various owners showcasing how some Americans view dogs as disposable pests instead of companions providing an eternal stream of love.
The reemergence of Dawn and Brandon was a nice nudge to the Welcome to the Dollhouse fans (same director). Go watch this film and gain a deeper love/appreciation for your K9 companion(s).
