What the Dark Knight is comic book movies, or Get Out is to horror, Widows is to the heist film. It takes the genre film and elevates while also showing how it is done. An absolute stellar cast, this adaptation of the British soap opera , keeps the bones of a soap with the twists and turns, but tightens the tension into a two-hour treat.
An incredible movie.
