Review of Wicker Park (2004) by Diyoni A — 16 Dec 2009
This is one of the few movies I go to when I feel like crying. All together I find this a very tragic and beautiful movie. It does have its faults, like matthew lillard. not a good choice at all for the character.
The story has a twist that I never saw coming, and I am pretty good with figuring movies out. it's a really sad love story and it comes together beautifully at the end. Diane Kruger and Rose Byrne give outstanding performances.
I could do witout Josh Hartnett in the film but was pleasantly surprised by what he had to offer his role. I'm surprised this stayed under the radar, it is actually a very good film.
