Review of Wicker Park (2004) by Abhineet G — 09 Jul 2009

Call it "Wacky Park." Although I thought there would be more "dangerous thrils" in this movie like the dvd cover said, this was still a solid, watchable movie. There are a few more twists and turns than need to be (it gets a little exhausting, there's so many), and some of them are a little too coincidental, but the actors all nail their performances and got me to believe that they really were that foolish to not see the ease of their situation.

I know I sound like I didn't really like the movie, but there was something very Alfred Hitchcock about it, with a modern twist, and I definitely liked that. The cinematography is pretty good too.
