Hartnett and Kruger's acting is absolutely wooden. Not to mention their complete lack of chemistry. In my opinion, remaking a French film (in this case L'Appartement, starring Monica Bellucci and Vincent Cassel) with an American setting is simply absurd, but I have to admit that the plot is still intriguing enough to make it worth the watch.
Rose Byrne is impeccable as usual, probably the only decent member of the cast.
