President Dwight D. Eisenhower warned of the "military industrial complex" after all, he led the Allies on D-Day, became President and led the country through the Korean War. He saw that America was being driven by the business of war.
This movie offers a strong argument that the USA needs war to keep its economy working or it will collapse.
