I never saw the first one but my friend told me that this would be a good movie to see. In the aftermath of this movie I think I enjoyed Tyler Perrys Madea movies better. On the positive spectrum of things I was completely blown away by Janet Jacksons performance in the film she was absolutely amazing.
Plus the movie had it's usual all too familiar comedic spots. Which were sometimes annoying.
