Okay, I have always liked Tyler Perry movies - even tho I was growing a little tired of all the "Medea" sequels and have not seen all of them, and don't plan on seeing them.
Seeing him in a "straight" role, playing a serious, every day kind of guy with a normal, it could happen to you lifestyle... was very enjoyable! Only one problem I had - I kept looking at his lips and picturing them as Medea's lips, lmao. They are just so pretty and feminine!!!
Anyway, this movie will make you laugh, it will make you cry and it will make you think about YOUR OWN life and your own marriage, and how you address the issues that can sometimes happen which might cause the marriage to not survive.
A VERY intense storyline that I recommend EVERY ADULT, man and woman...who ever have been or ever will be involved in a serious committed relationship... should watch and take notes! Okay, maybe no notes will be needed, but the "moral" of the story for each of these 4 marriages is definitely worth remembering.
The acting wasn't always the greatest *cough*Janet*cough*Jackson*cough* but the lessons that could be learned here should make this required watching before every wedding!
