This is a close second to 200 cigarettes as being the greatest movie ever, but it is lacking.

I think madonna is okay, but this is actually her best work (even though it is a bomb and everyone has forgotten about this movie). why is she great in this movie? because you don't even reckonize it's her. the character is SO over-the-top and not madonna-esqe it is a total winner. plus it has a great soundtrack. half of it is madonna, but the other half isn't. and the second half is totally killer 80s goodtimes! except I totalled out my old cavalier in high school listening to "best thing ever", the second track on side B of the cassette...
