Review of Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf? (1966) by Alex V — 26 Nov 2012
One of the most incredible and atmospheric films of all time. It starts almost as a dark knockabout comedy at 2am before gradually descending into a darker and darker melodrama. The alcohol flows throughout and the four characters experience a night that they will never forget (or will they remember it?).
