Review of Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf? (1966) by Scott C — 20 Nov 2011
As much as I feared sitting through this, my God it was awfully good. Of course, I could sit through 2 hours of Richard Burton talking about a recent bowel movement he is so enthralling. This film really is, in the end, about two people who love each other but cannot cope with the sadness of being alone.
I enjoyed virtually every minute. Could have cut 15 minutes out, though.
