Review of Who Saw Her Die? (1972) by Elena G — 26 Oct 2009
Above average Giallo, with an excellent Morricone score and good cinematography - especially at the ending. Lazenby and Strindberg have pretty good chemistry despite the dubbing, and the anxiety and terror of child endangerment is conveyed well, enhanced greatly by the prominent children's choir on the soundtrack.
It seemed like there may have been a satiric, political element that was largely lost in the dubbing process. Especially given the odd end dialogue. Certainly not Lado's best, but much better than current giallo.
