SOMEONE DID! And I want them to pay. Real eletctric cars were on the road and they were going to save humanity. Was it auto executives, oil barons, local government, consumers or a mix of both that brought its demise.
I think it stinks of conspiracy - I mean who would even demand that a first generation vehicle outperform our petrol cars in one sweep? It will take time for economies of scale to infuse technological advance and generation two, three, four were bound to be greater successes.
It makes me want to cry.
