This had the potential to be a great documentary but falls short. However, like Sicko it shows us how crazy this world can be especially if you are the most powerful country in the world. It is frustrating to watch this and realise how greedy and selfish humans can be.

You would think that after the 90's we would have discovered great ways of helping this planet and the human race in general to experience a better and more technological world. In comes the electric car, what could be the problem solver for when we run out of oil. Sure it is not perfect and wont be as reliable as petrol but if only the government and the people gave it a chance and were brave enough to try it.

I would definitely recommend this film purely because it is a scary story in so many ways. The powers that we don't see or don't think about and how they control this world. It's a damn shame.
