Review of Who Killed the Electric Car? (2006) by Gloria I — 24 Jun 2009
Watching this movie actually makes me kinda happy that GM had to file bankruptcy this year. Watching how they set up the electric far for failure is one of the most frustrating sights I'm even watched in a movie.
Now when watching this, we must make sure to realize that it is very one sided. Yet I've always considered electric cars to make a lot more sense than gas powered. The movie makes very strong points and has the support of some real solid leaders. It's absolutely worth watching if only to learn more about what's coming our way. Also worth noting is Chelsea Sexton, who is one of the most beautiful women I've seen in a documentary ever. She could sell me on eating roach poo for a living. So if she says we need electric cars, the argument is done.
Watch this movie. Learn from it. And give it to someone else to watch.
