Review of Who Framed Roger Rabbit (1988) by William J — 30 Dec 2012
Robert Zemeckis rarely puts a foot wrong, and he certainly did a fantastic job here. One of the few live-action/animation hybrids that really works, Roger Rabbit works brilliantly on every level: it's funny, it's exciting and it pays great homage to the golden age of animation.
The sections in Toon Town towards the end are a little hectic and less pristine than the majority of the film, but still a classic.
