This movie changed the way I think about movies. The fact that this was all possible in 1988 is very strange to me and for that this movie earns its four stars alone. The plotline confuses me, is it a dark adult movie or a children's movie? It's very unclear sometimes.
But otherwise, this movie is stunning.
