An amazing combination of classic (Warner Brothers?) cartoon and regular cinematography, with rich sets. But the dialog is obnoxious and annoying, as is the relentless high energy of most scenes, and ends up being a mess.
It deserves a point or two for sheer lunacy. I am surprised so many apparently like this.
