Not all of Jacki Chan's films are great...well to be honest i'm not a big fan of him at the best of times, this wasn't great.
The dubbing wasn't to flash but wasn't as bad as others I have seen on SBS over the years. The plot of this film wasn't even paper thin, it was 1ply toilet paper thin.
There was no real point to the film at all, good action sequences through out, a classic 'load of crap' scene when a rolled over lancer (evo 4) some how with enough reving pops it's self up...go figure.
A good solid martial arts scene for the film's climax but overall a rather forgetable film....
