I was very disappointed by this film. The director seemed obsessed that Whitney being molested when young is total key to her self-destruction. Why does he just footnote, and basically avoid, her incredible musical career? This film is much too unbalanced.
There is very, very little in there filling out her all-time career, and the inside story of how she got there.
