Review of Whiteout (2009) by Jamie S — 09 May 2010
Formulaic and predictable, and the acting is hit-and-miss. It looks pretty good, but even though the setting might be somewhat original the way it is presented is very well trodden. A no brainer, yes, but it wasn't stupid enough for me not to enjoy it, which is a trap so many guy-killing-a-group-or-people thrillers fall in to.
