Not a good movie. Rented cuz it was available and featured the lovely Ms Beckinsale. This is a Hollywood studio style feature film. The story followed a long-time film stereotype. We have a murder at the South Pole; similar to a murder on a train, plane, ship, or other enclosed space. We have various red herring characters who could be the evil-doer. This whole thing unfolds in a fairly predicable fashion.
K Beckinsale performs her part/lines well. There is an early shower scene for no good purpose; other than to show us a partial glimpse of Ms Beckinsale. She is heavily covered thru-out the rest of the movie. Tom Skerritt of ALIEN fame is here. He is not aging well.
Skip this one. Not enough here to bother.
