You know what I always found staticy tv scary and had to turn it off (haven't had a tv in years - hold on do they even get static these days?) Anyways, so I did find there were some creepy moments - although in all fairness for a movie, I've seen creepier things on day time tv.
In a way it was boring, but I confess to doing some work at the same time so it seemed quite interesting. Although if you think the evo thing is bollocks (like I did. minus creepy tv habit) you'd be right in thinking it's a film about people hanging around watching really boring stuff.
