Review of White Noise (2005) by Kenneth H — 04 Jan 2011
It's an intriguing and chilling look into a most fascinating subject, EVP. The plot is fairly decent and there's plenty of creepy flashes of ghosts, ala The Exorcist. The movie feels cheap, though, and has weird camera angles and tricks typical of cheaply-made movies.
The ending is rather confusing, and it breaks down when it loses its creepy plausibility by actually showing unconvincing-looking swirling spirits attacking the main character; that was a disappointment.
