Review of White Mane (1953) by Adam P — 23 Apr 2008
White Mane review:
While the intended effect of White Mane is clear, too many disparate tones flatten what is at its heart a simple children's fable about a boy and a horse's friendship. Too many concepts ebb out feeling, and moving simplicity gives way to typical storytelling.
