Review of White House Down (2013) by Connor S — 20 Apr 2014
White House Down isn't a great movie, but in terms of entertainment, it's very good. Channing Tatum and Jamie Foxx give fantastic performances, and work very well together. The action isn't bad either, although I have seen better.
However, the thing that really brings this movie down is Roland Emmerich's direction. I actually got sick while watching this due to how poor the direction was. White House Down is one of those movies that you would enjoy the first time you watched it, even if the direction is awful.
