This visceral gut punch of a movie is haunting and powerful! The best movie about a dog since 1972's 'Sounder'! For dog lovers, this is very tough material to handle but worth it! How did they get the dogs to do the things they do here!? Poetic, powerful, haunting and sometimes hard to not look away during powerful scenes.
