Swell! Excellent, excellent dance numbers, classic songs. Clever synergy between modernist and Jazz-Age styles, reflecting the changing times and nostalgia for the glorious generation.
Though...Vietnam vets probably cringe at the song "Gee, I Wish I Was Back in the Army".
All the same, great and intelligent Christmas classic.
