Tina Fey fans going into this looking for a typical Tina Fey comedy are going to be disappointed. This is not your typical SNL alumni vehicle. But Tina Fey shines in this one and shows she has more than just comedic chops on the big screen.
I think she took a risk with this project, and she nailed it. Entertaining, smart, immersive and emotionally engaging. Not everyone is going to like this one, but I thought it was worth the price of the ticket if you enjoy a good story.
