Tina Fey plays a desk-bases copy writer elevated to war correspondent covering Afghanistan circa 2003-7 by virtue of being unmarried. Consequently she gets herself in tricky situations and becomes hooked on the adrenaline.
Initially humorous but it takes on a more somber and reflective quality by the end.
