Whiskey Tango Foxtrot is actually a very interesting film that I actually very much enjoyed. When I saw the trailer I thought the film was going to be a pure comedy but honestly its more of a drama which is kind of unusual due to the fact that the film stars Tina Fey who has always starred in comedies however she actually did a great job as portraying Kim Baker and it was great to see her out of her comfort zone.

Margot Robbie is a very good actress and similar to Tina Fey she is known for either comedy or action roles and her performance as Tanya is extremely good as well. Other cast members such as Billy Bob Thornton and Martin Freeman do a great job in this film as well.

2016 is an alright year for movies we have had some great films and some bad films, with Whiskey Tango Foxtrot we have a shockingly good film, however if you are looking for a laugh out loud comedy Whiskey Tango Foxtrot is not for you but if you are looking for a film that is a drama with some laughable moments and a lot of heart than I recommend Whiskey Tango Foxtrot for you.
